About Us

BackFreeOffice is a resource hub for desk workers who are tired of ending each day with a sore back.
We believe that small, simple adjustments to your workspace can make a huge difference in how you feel. No expensive equipment required. No complicated routines. Just practical advice you can use right now.

My Story

For years, I spent hours a day behind a desk, and every evening I’d come home with a dull, aching back. I thought it was normal. I thought it was just “part of working.”

Then I learned the truth: My daily routine of sitting 9+ hours and no gym was slowly wreaking havoc on my back.

I started researching ergonomics, talking to my collegues, watching youtube videos etc. I tested some cheap products but I didn’t find much success. Based on what I had researched, I started to make small changes to my chair, my monitor, and my desk. And slowly, the pain faded.

Now I want to help you do the same — without spending thousands of dollars or browsing hundreds of web pages. Or worse still, quitting your job!

I’m not a doctor neither am I a physical therapist. I’m just someone who was tired of being in pain and decided to do something about it and as they say, experience is the best teacher.

What I Believe

1

You don't need expensive equipment to fix back pain.

Small, free adjustments to your current setup make the biggest difference. A rolled-up towel can work as well as a $50 lumbar pillow.

2

Movement matters more than perfect posture.

Sitting "perfectly" all day is impossible. I teach simple stretches and position changes you can do at your desk.

3

Honest reviews save you money.

I only recommend products I have tested or thoroughly researched. If something is overpriced or overhyped, I will tell you.
